Hi Students--today is your set-up day for exhibition. You have a lot to do! I've read through everyone's narratives and provided some feedback on each draft (please go take a look!).
Some common issues: 1) Integration of research was either non-existent and unclear, or over the top. Find a way to integrate research in a narrative way. 2) Citations in-text and works cited. Use this link to help guide you: https://owl.english.purdue.edu/owl/resource/747/02/ REMINDER: *Submit your final narrative by Thursday, November 16 on Turnitin.com! Hi! Welcome to our new campus! It's been a very busy 5 days and we've been hard at work to get everything ready. Today might feel a little odd, as we're in the middle of exhibition, holidays, and getting ready for POLs. Let me know if you have any questions!
Today's Agenda: 1) Question of the day; 2) Conferences (these should be 5 minutes or less); 3) IF YOU AREN'T HAVING A CONFERENCE: Watch the following video answer the embedded questions! https://edpuzzle.com/assignments/5a0353634545aa4107cb2691/watch I hope you all had a happy Halloween and ate as much candy as your parents would allow ;) Here is today's agenda: 1) Question of the Day; 2) New calendar run-through; 3) Conference form & conferences! From today to exhibition, you'll have a lot of time to complete, draft, build, and prepare. Feel free this week and next to listen to music, but I ask that you use your time wisely!
